Delivery

Your custom is important to us and we want you to be able to order with confidence.

We will send your Ariaana Gems jewellery via First Class Special Delivery, and will send you an email to confirm when your order has been dispatched.

Please check that you have entered the correct billing and shipping details when placing your order to help us send out your order as quickly as possible. It’s helpful for you to give us an accurate contact number or email address so that we can contact you about your order, if necessary.

For security purposes, all our delivery methods require a signature.

Risk of loss

Ariaana Gems is responsible for all products until such time as they are dispatched and handed to a third-party carrier for delivery. Although we will always take steps to ensure that your jewellery is sent by first class special delivery with insurance, we cannot accept responsibility if you input an incorrect shipping address. Therefore, you should check your order details carefully during the checkout process.

UK postage

We use Royal Mail “special Delivery” Postal Services to deliver your jewellery, as this is the safest way. For security purposes your jewellery will require a signature on delivery. Please note at this moment we are unable to deliver to a PO BOX. We will deliver to another address separate from the billing dress if the item is for a gift, this must be specified at the time or purchase. If you require any assistance you may contact us customerservice@ariaanagems.com.

Special Delivery is guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive the next day, however Ariaana Gems cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail. Please note there is also an additional cost by Royal Mail for a Saturday delivery if the items are posted on a Friday. All orders must be placed before 12 noon for next day delivery service, or it will be delivered on the next working day.

SATURDAY DELIVERY

We can also arrange to deliver your items on a Saturday Delivery service, using Royal Mail. This is available to all UK orders only. For a Saturday Delivery Service all orders must be placed before 11 am Friday.

Prices depend on the weight and value of the item/s:

SMALL PACKET VALUED AT £0 – £500, SPECIAL DELIVERY £7.25

SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE £12

International postage

We use Royal Mail International “Signed For” or “Air Shore” Services. Shipping options vary from country to country.

Royal Mail “Signed For” service requires a signature upon delivery and is only trackable until it leaves the UK. Royal Mail International “Airshore” service is trackable all the way and does not need require a signature upon delivery. Airshore service is availability varies from country to country.

Using these services are at the customers own risk. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost once they have left the UK. In the unlikely event of this happening, Customers can make a claim directly to Royal Mail for the cost of the value to them.

We also offer the choice of using an International Courier Service, such as UPS or FedX. This is quicker and safer. This option is recommended for high value items, and can be chosen as an option at the check out on the website.

Small packet insured to the value of £50 to £150 delivery cost £15

Small packet insured to the value of £150 to £500 delivery cost £17

INTERNATIONAL COURIER SERVICE CHARGES

Europe Delivery charge £45 + insurance 2.5% of the Value

USA/Canada Delivery charge £60 + insurance 2.5% of the value

Asia, China, Australia Delivery charge £60 + insurance 2.5% of the value

Please note, to prevent fraud we do not take orders from one country and ship to another country.

While we are happy to post your order internationally, you should be aware that any duty and taxes incurred in the country of destination are your responsibility. You should check the costs before placing your order.

Goods may be inspected upon arrival at your nearest port and we cannot guarantee that you will receive your jewellery free of tampering.

Packaging

We will send your jewellery out in a sumptuous velvet pouch inside a luxury Arianna Gems black gift box, which is wrapped with a black silk ribbon. This packaging offers the ideal way to store your jewellery on the rare occasion that you’re not wearing it.

Returns

If you are less than 100% satisfied with your jewellery for any reason, you are welcome to return it to us unused and unworn in its original packaging as long as you notify us by emailing Ariaana Gems at customerservice@ariaanagems.com within seven days of receipt of your order. Please be aware we cannot accept a returned item if the silver barcode tag has been removed.

When corresponding with us, please quote your order number (you’ll find this on the top right hand corner of your receipt), along with your full details.

You should send any returns in the same packaging with the original documentation. You are responsible for the postage and we would advise you to return your jewellery by recorded delivery as we are unable to give refunds for any items that are lost in transit.

A full refund will be made within 14 days once we have received the item in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition.

Faulty damaged goods

It’s important to us to offer you a personalised, exceptional service and we want you to love your new jewellery. To this end, we hand check every order before it is despatched. Of course, we understand that occasionally things do go wrong, such as an item being damaged in transit.

We would advise you to check your jewellery at the time of delivery so that, if it has been damaged in transit, the courier can make a note on their documentation that it was damaged on delivery. In any cases where jewellery has been damaged in transit or in the unlikely event that you have been sent faulty goods, Arianna Gems is responsible for the postage.

Please note that, due to health and safety reasons, we are unable to accept the return of pierced earring unless they are damaged on receipt.
